The process included a technical interview, a technical presentation to a group of employees and an HR interview. When I succeeded in those, I then had an interview with higher management.
The interview was quite in-depth, focusing on what my plans for future research, and how I might benefit from the resources available. The interview was around 40 minutes. 5 research scientists were among the interview panel.

Demonstrate research and answer question. The interviewer will ask some technical question based on your the research that you have demonstrated. Questions are not that hard. The interview will be taken by some online screen tool. You can also share your screen and prepare the ppt to demonstrate your research topic.
