IT was good with one round technical and one manager round followed by HR round. They mainly focused on candidate who are ready to adapt new technologies like react or any frontend . I had knowledge on frontend so it was easy to crack the interview
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 5 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Nokia (Bengaluru) nel mese di lug 2018
Colloquio
There were 3 rounds of interviews which I faced at Nokia. The first round was telephonic round which was taken by the Manager which I cleared. The second round was conducted in the Nokia office in Manyata Tech Park. It was also taken by the manager and was not that tough. The third technical round was conducted by 2 employees who asked many questions related to JavaScript, Angular, Front-end. One interviewer was kind of intimidating, asking questions after questions without giving time to think. The two interviews lasted for about 1 hour.
I main concern was the project which they were working doesn’t deal with Frontend or UI much. It was mainly dealing with backend servers and getting data from backend servers. So, I didn’t understand clearly what my role would be in that project when I asked about the project details after the interview. I think they were not clear whom to select, a frontend developer or a backend developer.
