It took about 20 minutes and was pretty relaxed. Asked multiple questions about why did I choose Nolan and if I thought I would be a good fit for the team. Nothing interrogating or hard to answer and overall very easy to talk to the HR representative. However, this position is basically making phone calls all day to gain new customers and keep old ones in the loop.

I was interviewed by 2 managers and they asked me a series of questions. Most of the questions were geared toward situations and your previous experience. They want to know how you will react in certain situations.

Great process and very informative. The process was a dual procedure interview where you begin over the phone and finish up with a zoom call. Be advised you will need a computer to interview for this as it may hinder the interview
