Started with phone. Very easy. I was not impressed. Invited for an in person interview but declined after looking at glass door and seeing it only paid in the 30k range. I'm used to making 80k. Her response to my "not enough money" response was snarky to say the least. She was a recruiter in GA. Stumped her with a few questions.
