It was a laid back interview. The people were very outgoing and helpful as soon as I walked through the door. They asked me questions and then I shadowed a employee to get a glimpse of how they operate.

I was contacted by a recruiter, then a recruiter directly from NTG prior to setting me up with a zoom call with the GM. The recruiter calls were very informative and both encouraged me to reach out if I ever had questions. 45 minute zoom interview with the GM where I was told I would be offered a position!

There were 3 interviews. The first was to talk about the position and see if it was a good fit for you. The second was more focused on how you would do in the position to see if you are a good fit for the role. The next interview is a group interview in which you get to know more in depth about the company, the position, and the management for that team. It was a very upbeat process and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
