The interview process was very laid back. You interview with the general manager and they ask you simple questions on why you want to intern there. They also give you a tour of the office afterwards and open the floor for any questions.
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter the next day. From there I had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes. We talked about my professional skills and the company culture mostly. About 2 weeks later they contacted me for an in person interview. I meet with two team leaders and shadowed an intern currently working. The next day they offered me the position.

After they review your application they pair you with a recruiter. The recruiter I got paired with, Nana, was very helpful throughout the interview process. She was always willing to answer any questions that I might have and made sure I was up-to-date with the interview process. The whole interview process was very straight forward and enjoyable. I really enjoyed being able to job shadow some members apart of the sales and operations team during my final round interview to make sure I knew what was expected for this internship.
