Flawless process with 3 interviews. 1st was the screening call. 2nd with the director of the R&D with some technical questions. 3rd with another director more directed to personal preferences etc, nothing technical.

Simultaneously, I inquired about the company's functions and structure, demonstrating my interest and understanding of the organization's goals, values, and how my skills align with its mission.
