What they are looking for: Right set up of the app on your phone, timeliness, grammar, spelling, how you handle the client based on the mock info. Everything was via text on my phone. For this position you may get from 100-200 clients. The whole process took <week. Two days after the interview, received an email stating they will continuing looking for someone who's a stronger match to their current needs. All very professional and timely. Nice people. The true is this particular opportunity does not fit my workstyle (I would have not accept it if offered).
