Upon applying I got an email testing my skills with scenarios. Very similar to my work in grad school, I gave recommendations based in theory, a few hours later I got an email asking to schedule a second interview

A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
