I submitted my application online in August 2018. I received an email from their coordinator to submit a 30-second recording of myself answering the question: "what makes a great health coach". After a day or so, I got another request to schedule my "mock coaching" with a Noom Health Coach. The coach was nice and friendly. Our mock coaching using the app, where I was the coach and she was the user, lasted about 40 minutes. I received an email saying that another Noom Coach would like to talk to me that same day via Zoom. The appointment was set just an hour after my mock coaching. Both my interviews that day went very well. I was told I'd get an email to set up a time to talk with HR. They wanted to schedule me for Aug 30th, but I had a scheduled class at the time, so I ended up re-scheduling it for Sep 2nd. When I talked to the recruiter that day, she told me that they had already met their hiring goal for the month of August and she didn't know when the position would be open again; just that it would be "some time" in September. Well, it didn't happen in September. I moved on with my life and worked part time at another remote position until I woke up to an email on Oct 9th from Noom wanting to schedule me for a phone interview with a recruiter to finish the process. I had my scheduled phone call with the recruiter yesterday, Oct 16th and received the written job offer from the Director of Talent Acquisition a few hours after the phone call. Note: Everything was done remotely via Zoom and over the phone.

The interview process was straight forward. It was approximately three steps to the process. I had a virtual interview. Then, I was asked to complete an assessment and finally a mock coaching session.
