I applied online with submitting my resume, cover letter, personality questions and schedules. The next step was with a mock coaching interview that lasted 45 minutes, testing what responses you would give to a fake client. Lastly was a 30-minute video chat interview with feedback on the mock coaching, why I want to be a health coach, experience, and time for questions about Noom.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
