Filled out the application through Indeed, then went through a mock coaching interview for 60 mins. This consisted of a client who worked a lot, had a busy family life, and just couldn't say no to eating whatever she wanted while at a work event. I tried my best to be encouraging and ask open ended questions to pull the client back to her goals and her reason for wanting to partner with Noom. Not sure if I answered correctly because they don't provide feedback. I did however make it to the final round of interviews with was a 20-30 min Zoom interview. It was hear the questions my desire to be a health coach, how I would perform, since my background is Nursing, and allowed me to ask questions about their particular company.
