Started with 20 minutes to answer six scenarios/prompts. Then had to record a one-minute video stating two necessary skills to be a coach. I moved on to a mock coaching activity that was done live using Google Docs. Final interview is via Zoom.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
