Took several weeks to hear back after my initial application, so long that I thought they had decided not to move on with me in the hiring process. Once I did hear back, communication was good and I knew what to expect from the sections of the interview and also in regards to the timeline.

A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
