I interviewed for the position of full-time Virtual Health Coach in November of 2020. I passed the multiple part interview and was told I was waitlisted for a future position. Everything was fine at first and they would send update emails, but after a few months they stopped sending these and would not provide any further information on when positions would open other than scripted copy and paste email replies. Finally a year later I received the offer email for a PART TIME position. Outrageous that a company that prides themselves on transparency treats their potential employees this way.
