Not worth all the preparations Interview unrealistic and not a good way of measuring coding ability. Not worth all the preparations. I passed first interview with recruiter. And failed second one, technical. They will ask you to show your coding skills on their automation framework?! You can not use your coding skills and show knowledge of using yours framework. this is not fair. There are many automation frameworks companies are using, and you do not have to force candidates code on your framework. you will never find good employee like this. In general technical interviewer was nice and helpful.

I had 2 interviews scheduled according my and theirs availability which was nice. The interviews were almost identical asking different questions about my current experience and working processes and also I needed to comment and explain my approach on the tasks they initially gave me to complete(before the interview there is a stage with few qa tasks . I felt comfortable during the sessions. I must say I did not prepare myself enough due to other work commitments.

2 - preliminary round
1. Writing unit tests in Java
2. Writing test plan and test cases for a given requirement.
I would suggest interview panel. Donot make interviewer write a plan. Instead you can ask the possible scenarios to know. Because typing will be time consuming and with the given requirements and multiple combinations. It would really take longer than expected time for completing the round.
Apart from that it’s very easy and interview to clear.
