The interview process was several stages. Submit a video, mock coaching session, 1 on 1 zoom interview. Everything went great and I was offered a spot on the wait list. I was on the list a year and half. They then sent and email basically saying never mind were not hiring. Bad way to do business.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.
