Fake and False . Lack of Authenticity People giving You very good Feedback and then not giving any reason why they stop hiring You. Very intransparent hiring criterias . How can the Feedback be so good and then You dont get to next round ?
Telefonscreening plus zwei Gesprächsrunden, sehr nette Leute und Gespräche. Die Vorstellungsgespräche bestanden hauptsächlich aus natürlichen Gesprächen über Technologien, meine Erfahrungen und Meinungen zu relevanten Themen.
Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand vollständig aus der Ferne statt und dauerte ein paar Wochen

Very nice process HR Screening followed by Assignment then Technical and managerial rounds. All round is pretty straightforward and point-to-point. HRs is very quick with feedback and scheduling next round.
