A hiring manager reached out to me after sending my application and there seemed to be little to no contact with the manager of the department I was interviewing with as I had to wait a long time for him to be ready. It was a quick and to the point interview and he ended up recommending me for another position in another department.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
