The interview process was not personal. I interviewed with several interviewees and HR representatives in the room. The HR read off the paper the entire time. Also, I thought it was odd that I received a call saying that I wasn't selected for a second interview. I think that was weird but okay.

Horrible! They only had 4 positions available with 100-250 applicants for each! After I applied they sent me a generic email, stating to come to their job fair! Seriously? Why would they even have a job fair for only 4 positions in the entire store (of which 100's of candidates already applied)!

The interview process was quite easy, I applied then received a cll back followed by an interview with their HR and then another with the cosmetics floor manager. All interviews were easy and I was offered the job on the spot.
