I initially applied online for the retail sales position back in late June and had a telephone screen in early July. According to the HR screening rep, the position I applied for was filled but she said once another position opens to apply for it and then they will automatically move me to the in-person interview. So I did just that and was scheduled for an in-person interview in August when a position opened up. It was a semi-group, two part interview. There was four of us and each of us were called into an office to be interviewed by the Assistant Manager. It was more of a conversational interview than a Q&A interview. After that the Assistant Manager showed us around the sales floor and asked us to put together a specific outfit based on a scenario. We then had to explain why we chose the outfit for her. She said the next step was for her to discuss the results with the Manager of the department and then she would contact us on whether or not we were going to move forward.

It was a good interview experience. The managers were straight forward and nice throughout the whole process. The questions were directly related to the role. They were transparent about the role and expectations.
