      Colloquio

The Interview process was simple and short. You of course start with the application process, and if you are considered you will receive an email containing the time & date of your first phone interview.I cannot recall the exact questions that were asked but the entire interview, including questions, was at the most 20 minutes. At the end of the phone interview you will then receive the time & date of your next phone interview. In my personal experience my two interviews were 3 months apart. If you do receive the second phone interview you will get the time and date of your 1 on 1 interview with the person who, if offered will be your department manager. Again in my personal experience I was the first interview for my department. It was a bit nerve wrecking knowing that you have to make the very first impression. You set the undertone for the day. There is no one ahead of you to ask advice, there is no cushion of the possibility that you were better than the candidates before you. But as nervous as I was I made sure sit up straight make excellent eye contact but not uncomfortable eye contact. Use experiences and situations from previous employment to better acquaint yourself with the necessary skill and commonsense it will take to do the job. Generally the interviewee is kind, not intense or overbearing, they just ask the questions and let you do most of the work. There's no rushing of you need to give a detailed description they will patiently listen without any sign of irritation. All in all, even though it is a bit of a long process, i do appreciate the thoroughness and careful consideration that my employer takes in hiring their future employees.
