The interview process is easy if they like you..I interviewed at two different stores and the first one they interview you one on one with the dept manager..if they like you then you are taken around the store and shown different departments and what they do..if they don't you are sent home with expectations they will call you..but if you are liked they will call you with an offer immediately..its very clickish..

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
