Applied online was emails the next day for an interview. Came in that same week. Interviewer read questions off of a paper. And filled in the answers. I was offered a job the same day. I accepted.

Horrible! They only had 4 positions available with 100-250 applicants for each! After I applied they sent me a generic email, stating to come to their job fair! Seriously? Why would they even have a job fair for only 4 positions in the entire store (of which 100's of candidates already applied)!

The interview process was quite easy, I applied then received a cll back followed by an interview with their HR and then another with the cosmetics floor manager. All interviews were easy and I was offered the job on the spot.
