Applied online, got an email about a week or two later for a phone interview. The only openings for phone interviews were for two weeks in the future. The phone interview was very easy and only took 5 minutes. At the end of the phone interview I was asked to come in for a one on one interview. I went in for the one on one interview two days after the phone interview. The one on one interview was very relaxed and only took 20 minutes. I was interviewed by HR first then she went and grabbed the department manager, then she interviewed me.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
