I applied for the position online. Beside the standard information, I complete a personality test (multiple answer). Received a e-mail to scheduled, online, a phone interview. They asked why I wanted to work there and if I had previous experience with commission base sales.

Group interview but they call you one by one to be interviewed on a department manager. Basic questions about retail experiences and hypothetical situations, has you sell a specific item to them, questions about team work, asked you about your experience in retail.
