Phone interview followed by in-person interview. I applied for a position in dallas, tx. I applied online 2 days later got an email to schedule phone interview. 3 days later I was having the phone interview it was about 10 mins long, a lady called and asked a FEW questions.

Easy and quick open interviews. First job and where I learned to dress right and work hard. Still to this day use the customer service skills learned here. Moved from cashier to sales quickly.

Overall pretty easy. Talked with general manager and they weren't looking for much experience. I just talked about why I wanted the job and how I was qualified. The role was open for a few weeks before I found it so I knew they were a little desperate.
