initial phone interview, group information session followed by individual interviews with department managers. During the interview the manager filled out a basic form based on my answers. I was offered the job during the interview.

I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
