I filled out the online application for a sales associate. The application was a little long, but honestly not that bad. I was contacted via email 3 days later notifying me that my qualifications were a fit with what they were looking for in a sales associate. I set up up a phone interview. It was 5 days later. The hr manager contacted me for the phone interview. It was approximately 3 minutes long. After successfully answering the questions, a follow up interview was set up for three days later. At this point, I am one day away from my next (hopefully final) interview.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
