Was referred by current employee. Had brief phone interview that consisted of background questions, career interests, the basics. Then went in for 1:1 interview with HR assistant. Next interviewed with the Department Manager. Asked questions like: Explain an occassion when you added value to a sale; Tell me about the most difficult customer you worked with; What will you do if you don't meet your sales goals?

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
