Overall, the organization’s interviewers were very professional. I was interviewed by two people – the store general manager and assistant manager. Both offered impressive knowledge of their job and organization. Excellence in customer service is their main objective. So, you better be prepared to offer multiple customer service examples when asked. You will also need to provide examples of conflict resolution. For example, how you dealt with an upset customer, or you resolved and type of conflict within a sales environment. Also, their culture is big on “promoting from within” – so you will need to consider the pros and cons with working in such a culture.
