Well first they do an interview phone call if they're interested, they ask you come in to the store you're applying at and interview with the HR manager. They asked me to come in a day after the phone interview. The questions are average and as long as you reply with confidence you should get the job. Then if they like you they will call back within a week sometimes they are too busy to call.

It was fairly easy. Simple questions asked:
What’s your experience, your availability, why do you want to work for Nordstrom. I would recommend anyone to go for an interview and it was quick just as it was easy. Got an offer on the spot

Cattle call essentially, ten people being interviewed at the same time for different departments (not necessarily or commonly the one you asked for) and they ask you basic interview questions.

Applied online. Was offered phone interview a week later, after the phone interview I was invited in for in person interview. It was about 10 of us total we waited outside and was called 1 by 1 to interview with different department managers. I thought the interview went well was told I would receive a call within the next 2 days. Never received a call. Which I believe is unprofessional. Any kind of follow up is necessary. Whether they want to offer me the position or not.
