The interviewer has a set of questions they have to ask. "Tell me about a time you had to deliver bad news. What would you do if an employee was underperforming?" Etc. My interviewer also asked questions that were not on the sheet, like what my comfort level is with certain tasks like public speaking. My interviewer was very clear about what the role would entail and how it differs from my current role. We spoke for about an hour.

Easy questions and some managers will make you answer all questions so be prepared for some lengthy questions that are repetitive

Sat down and had a conversation for 20 minutes, they asked general questions. Very simple and easy anyone could do it I am sure. Then they offered the job to me immediately
