The process to interview at Nordstrom for the Commissions Sales Associate was a very simple process; I received a phone call interview first and then was offered an interview at the store with a Department Manager and I sensed that I would be offered the position immediately...I received a phone call a few days later where the Department Manager said to me that I was hired.

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
