Extremely easy and informative. It was not hard at all and would recommend if you like being on the phones and speaking with customers. Can be rewarding but their HR department in ECC are not always helpful or ethical. Just be mindful of that but do your job to the best of your abilities. Extremely easy and informative. There was one interview in which I was asked some questions and gave some answers. Overall I would say it was an interview, but I decided to go to no more.
