Very straight forward interview with the hiring manager. The interview took about 30 minutes and asked basic questions about availability, if able to lift at minimum 30 pounds, and if any experience in logistics. its hard to get an interview if you dont know anyone there but once you get one you will get the job as long as you show that you are a hard worker and willing to learn.

Simple and to the point. Very informative of the role and responsibilities. Interviewer was welcoming and quick to get back to you afterwards. Hired within same week of the interview
It was very ordinary questions, nothing unexpected. They wanted to hear about my prior experience, how I felt about working independently and my work ethic. I did receive a job offer at the interview, but I really loved everything about Nordstrom. It was a great place to work.
Its a one-stage interview process. The recruiter will ask you a set of questions about your background, what you would do in a stressful situation, have you ever worked with people. So far interview lasted for about 15-20 minutes.
