I did an on-site interview on national hiring day in June after getting rejected online (don't apply through Indeed). They hired me after the in-person interview but the day before my first day of training, told me my dates didn't work for the position so I never actually worked or trained there even though I accepted the offer.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
