Lots of principals were involved. Next steps were confusing and it was difficult to know whether there was an offer. The HR department sent good information ahead of time though, which was helpful.

The interviewer wanted a synopsis on my professional and educational experience and we reviewed some portfolio projects of mine. Asked me what a "dream project" of mine would be to work on and why I chose Phoenix, AZ as an internship location.
