During the pandemic, the interview process was through zoom and the individual being interviewed was interviewed by two members of the housing staff at the same time and they asked questions about skills and motivations related to the position.

Very casual, they ask you behavior questions and allow you to lead the conversation. They also let you schedule an interview time well in advance and it is in person.
