"Dog and pony show" - open house format - sit in a room, learn about the company and tale a company tour. We saw all departments and spoke with other current employees about the job and the requirements.

Colloquio
A couple of phone screens with recruiter and hiring manager. Then, face/face interviews with key members along with background and drug tests. Not a structured or behavioral interview process or questions. "Tell me about your background....difficult decisions, etc.
Pretty fast process. When had additional questions, recruiter response and turn-around time was fantastic.
