Paper application along with resume in person is preferred. The interview takes place when you hand in your application, there is no formal interview. The manager is in the office Monday-Friday and is very friendly. She will let you know if they aren't accepting applications, but I think they usually do even if there aren't any current openings. If you have a current license, the hiring process will move right along. if you do not have a license, they will help you locate an instructor but be prepared to pay around $150.00 to possibly get the job if you are not licensed. The manager was very laid back and easy to talk to. You won't get the typical "name a time" interview questions so it's a much more comfortable "interview" process than most.
