Brief. Basically got the job because I had experience, even though the busy season was ending. I might have been able to negotiate a higher wage, but honestly I was thrown off guard when I was offered the job that quickly.

Colloquio
The process was extremely simple. I answered a published add, and had an interview scheduled within 7 days. I was given a tour of the maunufacturing facility, and the interviewer took the time to ontroduce me to a number of employees and area supervisors. Advancement paths and timelines were discussed at length as well as my past work experience and personal advancement goals.
