I'm sure they're a great company, but the HR team needs some help or something. Their hiring process requires you to do the test task BEFORE they even look at your resume (so it's a bit more time-consuming than other applications, but if you think it's worth it, then go for it). I was really disappointed that after all that, they never got back to me. They don't have an email or phone number listed on their site, so I contacted them the only way I thought I could — sending a LinkedIn message to the job poster (which happened to be the CEO, and I'm sure that she's busy doing a lot of other things, but it was strange that there was no other contact information for HR) and also reaching out to them via their "contact us" page for potential clients (And they didn't even call me back then! So who knows?? Maybe they need more people on their sales team too?). As I understand, they're a small company, so they may be understaffed, but some advice to anyone looking to apply: maybe think twice or just be aware that they may never contact you.
