Interview process was so smooth.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist was amazing and so organized
- There was a take home assessment which was pretty straight forward (giving you time to complete it)
- The in-person culture fit interview was about an hour which I appreciate it cause showed how much they value culture on top of technical skills

What was something in the past you have "geek'ed" out about?

Colloquio
First round was a technical interview with two of their developers. Relatively easy coding challenge - make a to do list app (either front end or backend). I did frontend with React because I knew that was their preferred library. They ask you to give a demo of the app and walk through of your code. They asked a few questions about what I would have done differently and what were my stretch goals.
Second round with a short phone screen with their hiring manager. Questions were straight forward about relevant experience and why I was interested in the position.
3rd round was meeting the team at their office. There were 3 half hour mini interviews with their VP of engineering, COO and one of their lead software devs. There was no technical component to this round and most questions were asked to determine team fit from what I could tell.
