The interview process was three rounds. 1) Telephone screening asking TMAY and gauging knowledge about equity research and important ratios. 2) Stock pitch assignment: I had a week to pitch a stock of the team's choosing. 3) Final interview: Met with the team and they asked me questions about my pitch and allowed me to provide additional thoughts.
