I was contacted within the week I had applied to schedule the following week for an on site interview. The interview process is an Individual interview with the office manager and the general manager, who asks questions for fit. The office manager and the general manager was respectful and somewhat thorough. I didn't like them asking detailed questions, such as what you had for dinner last night, because they learn about my private life, and be judgmental when I don't answer to what they want to hear. Be prepared to get a life fast if your an young adult and decides to work there because it's a demanding job with overtime. If you like busting in professional clothes, coming in everyday to death, and your passion is making money with the probability of no work life balance, then sign up! They didn't sell this job to me so I had declined.
