HR used email to contact and schedule a phone interview. I can choose the time that I feel prepared. The phone interview total time is about 15 minutes. There are some basic behaviour questions and go through with the resume. Ask the question about tell me about yourself, and technique skills levels, expected salary and some other behaviour questions. Then, they will schedule a video interview with you.

Applied online. First interview was with a recruiter who asked behavioural questions (why Northbridge? tell me more about ______ experience). Took longer than expected to hear back for the next steps (little over 2 weeks, was told to hear back in 1 week). The recruiter was quite nice, and fairly transparent about the process. Second interview was with hiring manager and same recruiter. Mostly behavioural. Asked a semi-technical question where they showed an Excel spreadsheet and asked how would you present it to someone in a senior position.
