Saw the position through a job bank website. I applied on their website by making out the application and sending in a resume. Not long after (probably about 3 days) I had a phone interview with human resources and then a face to face a week later by the Technical Support Manager. I was offered the position within 2 days. I accepted.

Most difficult questions are the ones asking what you would do in certain situations with angry employees.... The questions are very unique and you need to become very analytical.
