After submitting my resume, I was invited in for testing to evaluate competency. Testing consisted of several different standardized assessments of things like attention to detail, processing ability, mathematical problem solving, logical application, and knowledge of accounting principles.
About a week after testing, I was invited back for an interview with he CEO, CFO, and the (at the time) current Fiscal Coordinator who was getting ready to retire. The interview was conducted in the main conference room at the administrative offices, and was a three on one affair, where the CEO asked most of the questions.
