did a phone call after applying through online portal and after that was asked questions about experience referreeing and what are my sports that I have previously officiated. The decision is pretty instant and you get told if you're in or out instantly on call

SImple interview, asked you behavioral questions, and past experience with certain sports. Was pretty easy and enjoyable. This was the only round and the decision was made shortly after. Job is very fun to work as well.
